Project Team Leader
About the Role

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage and complete jobs according to PuroClean processes per work order. Respond to service calls when needed. Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete jobs according to PuroClean processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and representing the brand.
- Respond to service calls, set up efficient job flow, and coordinate job requirements.
- Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform and supervise production work, monitoring jobs from start to finish.
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures on job sites.
- Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks.
- Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
- Maintain production costs at the established rate.
- Ensure timely communication with Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or Owner, and customers.
- Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes and continue developing production skills.
- Manage financial assets and equipment.
- Follow all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide.
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance at job sites.
- Coach and train production staff technicians.
- Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and oversee facility maintenance.
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians.
Qualifications
- Willingness for continued learning and growth, with the ability to ‘lead and coach’ teammates.
- Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment.
- Aptitude for record keeping, recording information, and communicating effectively.
- Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers.
- Strength in multitasking, handling deadlines, and organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfort standing on your feet for prolonged periods.

Pay
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
