Your Responsibilities
- Build the Training Programs (the core of the role)
- Design and build onboarding, operational-skills, specialized-role, and leadership training programs from the ground up
- Take what already exists and bring it into a consistent model, and create new content where nothing exists yet
- Partner with security and operational SMEs to source the technical content, then translate it into clear training
- Create SOP-based guides, reference materials, job aids, and role-specific pathways for officers, investigators, SOC personnel, supervisors, and site leaders
- Stand Up the Training System
- Build the training system and tracking infrastructure from scratch; this may not be a full LMS, but the structure is yours to create
- Maintain training records, completion tracking, and refresher and readiness schedules
- Give the account team and client leadership clear visibility into completion, compliance, and readiness
- Enable Local Leaders (delivery)
- Deliver primarily through train-the-trainer, equipping site account managers and local leaders to train their teams
- Support onboarding and readiness for new-site launches as the footprint grows
- Reinforce consistent standards across sites while enabling local delivery
- Partner Across the Account
- Work closely with the Enterprise Strategic Account Manager, site account managers, client security operations leadership, and SMEs
- Keep training aligned with operational priorities and client expectations
- Support launches, transitions, and continuous improvement
- Improve and Scale
- Evaluate training effectiveness and consistency across sites
- Identify gaps and stretch into new training needs as they surface
- Build toward a durable, repeatable program that grows with the account
Your Qualifications
- Proven L&D or instructional-design background: you have built training programs and materials from the ground up, not just delivered them
- Strong train-the-trainer and enablement skills; you can equip local leaders to deliver
- Strong facilitation, communication, and instructional-writing skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning a program end to end
- Background in security beneficial but not required
- Background in gaming, hospitality, entertainment, retail or other multi-site operational environments
