Program Supervisor

About the role

Spring Dell Center is seeking a very well-organized applicant that can demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and is comfortable using technology to support documentation, scheduling, and compliance requirements. An applicant with knowledge of DDA services, person-centered planning, and billing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the day program ensuring services are compliant and person-centered
• Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of all center-based and community opportunities, experiences, and training while ensuring active engagement of all participants
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitor program activities and staffing
• Assure the coordination and implementation of daily schedules for all, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Full driver's license
• Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience and less than 2 points on driving record
• Computer skills
• Supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Experience working with disabled adults preferred
• DDA and ICM experience a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Pay

Hourly Salary: $24.15/hr, $50,232.00 annually

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm
• 80 hours per pay period
