About the role
As a Program Supervisor at Sequoia Living, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of various programs designed to support the health, wellness, and overall quality of life for our residents. You will work closely with team members to ensure that all programs are executed effectively and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of care and service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement new programs as needed to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate program elements and enhance resident experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all program activities.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to staff on program implementation and best practices.
- Ensure all programs adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public health, gerontology).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare or residential setting.
- Proven ability to develop and manage successful programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Knowledge of community resources and services available to residents.
- Understanding of aging-related issues and their impact on residents' lives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
