Program Supervisor

Role Overview

The Pathways Program Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight to a team delivering community-based mental health services to children, teens, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach staff, conduct individual and team meetings, support complex cases, monitor staff productivity and engagement
• Ensure services align with the Wraparound/Pathways model, review assessments and treatment plans, support evidence-based interventions
• Maintain compliance with documentation requirements, assist with hiring and training, coordinate with community providers, participate in case consultations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience working with youth and families
• Supervisory experience
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Medicaid compliance
• Preferred Illinois licensure

Additional Details

• Full-time, daytime schedule
• Salary range $70,000–$85,000
