Program Supervisor

About the role

As a Program Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s) located in Berwyn, West Chester, Downingtown and Devon PA to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals, in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support professionals
• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s)
• Assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals
• Maintain compliance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services
• Three (3) years of human service experience required
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to complete eight days of new hire orientation class
• Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs
• Possess a valid license
• Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches

Physical Requirements

• Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing
• Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more
• Some repetitive wrist/hand movements
• Normal hearing and vision
• Occasional use of computers and office equipment
• Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes

Pay

1st shift Compensation 45,700.00 - 52,098.00
