PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

About the role

Branches Salem is seeking a master’s-level Program Supervisor to support the Outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have expertise working with substance use disorder clients, dual-diagnosis clients, mental health clients, and specialty groups including behavioral pain patients, impaired professionals, patients with trauma, and occasional military clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial treatment planning and assessments
• Run group therapy sessions as needed
• Support patient chart audits
• Provide case management and discharge planning for an assigned caseload
• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions as needed
• Attend all staff meetings, including weekly treatment team meetings
• Coordinate patient care activities in accordance with established standards, mental health practices, and facility policies
• Contribute to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational efforts, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance to administrative staff and Program Therapists
• Oversee physician schedules and patient compliance
• Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
• Perform crisis intervention and other duties as assigned by the Director of Outpatient Services

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or equivalent (required)
• Licensure (preferred, not required)
• 3 years of related experience (preferred)
• 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
