We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Pay section: we have salary range $70,000 - $75,000. Also note "Salary is commensurate with education and experience." That's filler? It says salary is commensurate with education and experience. That's somewhat filler but we still have actual range. We can include Pay section with the range. Should we include the note about commensurate? Might be considered filler but it's not a placeholder like "not specified". It's still some info but maybe we can keep just the range. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". So we should not include that phrase. So Pay section should contain just the salary range.
Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. It says Full-Time, Non-Exempt Employee. That's employment type. Could be considered schedule? Might be considered schedule info. But we should only include Schedule if posting actually states them. It says Full-Time. That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section with "Full-Time". However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine employment type into About the role? But we have separate sections defined. We could include Schedule with "Full-Time". It's not filler. It's specific.
Benefits: They list healthcare, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, paid holidays, professional development opportunities. That's specific.
About the role: The introductory paragraph about Career Team mission etc. That's about the organization, not the role. But we can put under About the role? Actually "About the role" heading is for role description. The initial paragraph about Career Team is more about company. Could be considered "About Career Team". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put that under About the role? Might be misaligned. However we could create a section "About the role" containing the description of the role: "Career Team is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide operational leadership..." etc. That's substantive.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: maybe combine Ideal Qualifications? Actually they have "The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include:" which is qualifications. Could treat as Requirements or Qualifications. We'll have both Requirements and Qualifications maybe. But we should avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Ideal Qualifications includes bullet-like sentences (though not formatted as list). We can convert to
- . Also there is "Bachelor's degree..." etc. That's qualifications.
Skills: Could extract skills like strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, communication, proficiency with case management systems, etc. Might be overlapping with qualifications. Might be better to have Qualifications section covering education, experience, skills. But we have separate headings for Skills. We could put skills under Skills.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's parse the posting:
- Intro about Career Team mission (maybe not needed for role but could be About the role? Actually it's about organization. Could be omitted? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep that info somewhere. Could put under About the role (though it's about company). Or we could create a section "About Career Team" but not allowed headings. So we must fit into allowed headings. Perhaps we can put it under About the role as a brief intro.
- TITLE etc: we ignore.
- LOCATION etc: location Merced, CA, employment type Full-Time, Non-Exempt Employee. Could be placed under About the role or Schedule.
- Role description: "Career Team is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide operational leadership..." That's role overview.
- Your Impact on Career Team’s Success: list of duties (bulleted lines). That's responsibilities.
- The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include: list of qualifications.
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000.
- Benefits: list.
- About Career Team: history etc. That's substantive about company. Could be placed under About the role? Might be better to put under About the role as well but it's about company not role. However we have no other heading. Could we omit? Must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could we add a section "About Career Team" but not allowed headings. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we must fit all content under those headings. So we can put company info under About the role (maybe as a preamble). Or we could put under Qualifications? Not appropriate. We'll put under About the role. Now we need to avoid filler like "Salary is commensurate with education and experience." We'll omit that sentence. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with only filler. We'll include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills? We could merge skills into Qualifications. But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. If we put skills under Qualifications, we might not need Skills section. Better to have Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (specific abilities). Let's extract skills from Ideal Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to exercise sound independent judgement, problem-solve, make appropriate program-level decisions, Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively engage staff, participants, partners, and leadership, Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, take initiative, and follow through on solutions, Proficiency with case management and workforce systems, including CalJOBS or similar platforms, as well as standard office software, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive participant, personnel, and program information with professionalism, Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required. We can put those under Skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in workforce development, case management, human services, or a related field; Previous supervisory, team lead, or staff coaching experience strongly preferred; Working knowledge of WIOA program requirement, performance expectations, documentation, and compliance standards preferred. Now Responsibilities: list from "Your Impact on Career Team’s Success:" plus maybe other duties like "Perform other duties and support special projects as needed". We'll include that. Now About the role: include intro about Career Team mission, location, employment type, role overview. Now Schedule: Full-Time. Now Benefits: list. Now Pay: salary range. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, background check, CCPA, etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment with
headings and appropriate

Check for any filler: we omitted "Salary is commensurate with education and experience." Good. We kept all substantive info: mission, location, employment type, role overview, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We omitted company history details (About Career Team history). That's substantive but we didn't include. We must preserve ALL substantive information. The history about Career Team (founded 1996, honors, etc.) is substantive. We omitted it. We need to include it somewhere. Could we add it under About the role as additional paragraph? Yes we can add a paragraph about Career Team's history and accolades. That would preserve it
