About the role
Provides administrative support to all activities related to medical students.
Responsibilities
- Manages the Sub-Internship Program for fourth year medical students.
- Reports on general education teaching sessions performed in Clerkships & Sub-Internships.
- Tracks all medical student education activities and maintains student faculty records related to medical student teaching.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the department's undergraduate educational offerings.
- Collaborates with support staff at various college, departmental, and hospital departments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Approximately 3 years of related experience, preferably within the medical research field.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize work.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
