Program Specialist-Med Student

About the role

Provides administrative support to all activities related to medical students.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Sub-Internship Program for fourth year medical students.
• Reports on general education teaching sessions performed in Clerkships & Sub-Internships.
• Tracks all medical student education activities and maintains student faculty records related to medical student teaching.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the department's undergraduate educational offerings.
• Collaborates with support staff at various college, departmental, and hospital departments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of related experience, preferably within the medical research field.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize work.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
