Duties and Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage state required testing
- Manage and integrate tutorial programs
- Select and order supplementary materials for reading and mathematics
- Coordinate literacy program
- Coordinate site reading assessments
- Aid in coordinating the Coordinate Compliance Review (CCR)
- Support the administration and school with:
- Managing and analyzing student data
- Writing school plans
- Placing instructional and bilingual aides
- Maintaining inventory of materials and books
- Monitoring English language program and services
- Performing Bilingual Deputy duties
- Engaging parents through family math and literacy nights
- Offer instructional program support - 100%
Required Qualifications
- A valid elementary or secondary teaching credential with English Learner authorization
- A minimum of three (3) years satisfactory teaching experience in grades K-12
- Knowledge and competence in Action Learning Systems strategies
- Knowledgeable regarding categorical funding, regulations, and implementation
