Program Specialist I

Key Responsibilities

  • Support communications between internal teams and assigned clients
  • Aid in client onboarding, contract setup, and resource coordination
  • Prepare and generate business reviews with performance metrics and recommendations
  • Maintain client data using platforms like ePlan, Salesforce, and Fleetview
  • Ensure tasks meet client and company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate and resolve escalations; prevent future risks
  • Follow up on open items and maintain documentation
  • Generate customized client reports utilizing templates
  • Coordinate communications for cost control and policy adherence
  • Manage vehicle lifecycle: ordering, transport, end-of-life processes
  • Coordinate approvals for repairs and rentals in alignment with client guidelines
  • Monitor inventory and manage logistics

Job Specifications, Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Work Environment: Professional office setting in Alpharetta
  • Position Type/Standard Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening/weekend work based on client needs
  • Travel: Typically, travel is not expected for this job
  • Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, walking, and using office tools

Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is $40,500-$56,700. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
