About the role
This position is of supervisory/administrative nature. The position requires independent Judgment, Organization And Management Skills.
Responsibilities
- Review agency policy and procedures, including program-specific practices, with new employees; review DPW regulations with new employees; and assure that as-needed training is conducted for existing employees.
- Refresh employees on policies and procedures when the need is identified.
- Ensure program-specific compliance with relevant regulations; report regularly to the Program VP of ID Services.
- Review ISPs and develop treatment plans.
- Participate and provide input in program-specific meetings for individuals and ISP.
- In conjunction with CPS, IHCS & SE staff, ensure that everyone receives all programmatic services available to meet his/her needs.
- Conduct quarterly review of the individuals' ISP, all bi-annual individuals' assessments, and all Behavior Plans for individuals.
- Monitor utilization of service; follow up for any modifications to plans or delivery.
- Assist in completing assessments and evaluations of existing and prospective individuals.
- Work in conjunction with Staff Development Specialist in providing general orientation for new employees.
- Review daily operation of program services and requirements with new employees.
- Escort new employees to existing sites to meet staff and individuals.
- Regularly observe the delivery of services to consumers.
- This position requires regular and on-going physical arrival at consumer locations for supervision of staff and other assessment and monitoring.
- Assess programmatic needs of CPS, IHCS & SE programs and report findings to VP of ID Services semi-monthly.
- Assure that services meet billing criteria.
- Review and approve service notes.
- Participate in on-call duties as they arise.
- Evaluate daily routines and procedures as provided to each consumer and report on the programmatic implications to the VP of ID Services.
- Complete programmatic paperwork for all individuals assigned and report on completion to the VP of ID Services.
- Review programmatic records and reports received from each employee and maintain appropriate files and records of each.
- Provide problem solving assistance as needed.
- Prepare HCSIS semi-annual information to all counties as required.
- Develop and revise policy and procedures for CPS, IHCS & SE programs.
- Assure that services meet billing criteria.
- Review and approve service notes.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in relevant studies (Social Work, etc.).
- Commitment to completing bachelor's program in relevant studies.
- 1 year of relevant ID/A experience.
- Commitment to complete ACRE training and CPS training within 90 days.
