The Program & Quality Management SME provides operational analysis, business process improvement, quality management oversight, workflow optimization, performance measurement development, and executive reporting support for facilities operations programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct workflow assessments and business process re-engineering initiatives.Develop and implement performance measures and quality metrics.Analyze organizational processes and operational effectiveness.Support workflow automation and process improvement efforts.Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation.Produce executive summaries, dashboards, metrics, and management reports.Support operational oversight and program performance initiatives.Assist with budget tracking, program reporting, and project oversight activities.Deliver training materials and operational guidance. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 15 years of complex operational oversight experience.Extensive experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).Experience supporting large federal organizations.Expertise developing and monitoring performance-based metrics.Experience customizing workflow and repository database systems.Strong knowledge of federal budgeting and execution cycles.Experience supporting highly interdependent operational environments.Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.Please note that telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
