Key Responsibilities

• Carry out workflow assessments and business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop and implement performance measures and quality metrics.
• Analyze organizational processes and operational effectiveness.
• Support workflow automation and process improvement efforts.
• Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Produce executive summaries, dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
• Support operational oversight and program performance initiatives.
• Affirm budget tracking, program reporting, and project oversight activities.
• Deliver training materials and operational guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 15 years of complex operational oversight experience.
• Extensive experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
• Experience supporting large federal organizations.
• Expertise developing and monitoring performance-based metrics.
• Experience customizing workflow and repository database systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal budgeting and execution cycles.
• Experience supporting highly interdependent operational environments.
