About the Team

The Regulatory and Compliance Implementation Consulting – Project Management team is a global team working with product solutions and engineering teams to successfully deliver client implementations for S&P Global's Counterparty Manager Ecosystem of solutions. We manage, execute, deliver, or support both the initial and add-on implementations of CLM Pro, Onboarding Accelerator, and KYC. We use our extensive project experience to help establish our customers' target operating models and define suitable solution workflows to support them. This allows us to add value at every step of organizational transformation. We analyze the business processes the solution supports, considering areas of focus related to system performance or new business requirements, and perform health checks of the system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Project management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading medium to large projects with multiple stakeholders/partners.
• Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage competently at all levels of the organization, through to CxO level.
• Ability to support process improvement, pre-sales, and team development capacities as required within the team.
• Lead KYC Services Implementations across software and managed services implementations.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,236 to $170,000. Final base salary will be based on the individual’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, or product development in the financial services domain (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of working in a similar product and solutions company with exposure to post-trade automation business domain or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex multi-million-dollar projects within the financial services industry.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills applicable across organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization as an effective influencer.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience in financial services or solutions vendor organizations (or equivalent experience).
• Certification in project/program management (PMP or equivalent).
• Good commercial and contractual awareness, with strong project governance acumen.
