About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Program Manager within Global Equities at JPMorganChase. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing strategic programs and initiatives from conception to execution. Equities Operations spans multiple business units within the Corporate Investment Bank, including: Global Clearing, Equities Derivatives Group, Cash Equities, Prime Cash, Prime Synthetics, and Stock Borrow Loan. The Equities Operations Transformation team manages the end-to-end implementation of projects from industry-driven change, digital solutions, automation, and business expansion globally. Your work will have a significant impact and involve collaborating with various departments, including the Equities Businesses, Technology, Product Development, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects across Equities and Prime to deliver results aligned with business strategy.
  • Define and oversee integrated program plans, aligning resources, milestones, and deliverables to strategic objectives and ensuring accountability across all workstreams.
  • Manage a robust and auditable governance process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all projects.
  • Establish and lead senior governance, communicating progress, updates, risks, and issues to a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Ensure all programs are completed in accordance with all risk, control, and other relevant firm-wide guidelines, maintaining the integrity of our control environment.
  • Take ownership of high-visibility projects that directly impact the firm's strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing or leading complex programs in a financial services setting, from inception to execution, typically demonstrated through 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of financial markets or related financial services.
  • Demonstrable experience in project governance and senior stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Prime Finance/Prime Broker business and products.
  • Direct experience in Operations and/or post-trade processes.
  • Experience integrating artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience implementing automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.

Pay

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
