What You'll Be Doing

Lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on enterprise customer retention, contract renewals, and long-term revenue growth.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, executive reporting, and governance processes while ensuring initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
Analyze data from multiple business intelligence and reporting sources to produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards, identify trends, diagnose exceptions, and present actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
Partner with sales, operations, and business stakeholders to implement retention strategies, establish performance metrics, and support programs designed to improve customer renewal outcomes and minimize revenue loss.
Prepare executive presentations, meeting summaries, status reports, scorecards, and business documentation while facilitating communication across leadership teams and managing organizational change throughout project lifecycles.

They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project / Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on enterprise customer retention and revenue preservation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on enterprise customer retention, contract renewals, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, executive reporting, and governance processes while ensuring initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze data from multiple business intelligence and reporting sources to produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards, identify trends, diagnose exceptions, and present actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and business stakeholders to implement retention strategies, establish performance metrics, and support programs designed to improve customer renewal outcomes and minimize revenue loss.
  • Prepare executive presentations, meeting summaries, status reports, scorecards, and business documentation while facilitating communication across leadership teams and managing organizational change throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Strong experience analyzing data from multiple sources, creating executive-level reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while working directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and presenting business insights to leadership.
  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement, customer lifecycle management, revenue retention, or enterprise sales support is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship, Green Card Holder, or Authorization to Work in the U.S. for any Employer will be considered.
