About the role
The Office of Statewide Programs within the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking a Program Project Coordinator in Region 4, located in Lincoln County.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Specialty Court program, ensuring compliance with program requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Provide case management and community supervision to participants, collaborating with judges, court staff, attorneys, treatment providers, and community partners to support participant success.
- Manage program documentation, case files, data reporting, and grant audits.
- Serve as a liaison among stakeholders, preparing reports, and evaluating program activities to promote efficient operations and achievement of program goals.
- Timely, accurate reporting to the court and court administrative duties on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in the education field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with high-risk or high-needs population, including individuals with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, or multiple barriers to success.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Statewide travel is required.
- Must be able to deal with highly stressed people.
- Must be able to deal with substance abuse issues and behavioral health needs.
- Must be able to work inside a detention center on as needed basis.
