About the role

The Program Project Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Specialty Court program, ensuring compliance with program requirements, policies, and procedures. This position provides case management and community supervision to participants and collaborates with judges, court staff, attorneys, treatment providers, and community partners to support participant success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Specialty Court participants, conducting screenings, intakes, orientations, individualized case planning, and ongoing case management.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with community agencies to secure participant access to treatment, housing, education, vocational training, and other resources.
  • Serve as a liaison among judges, attorneys, court staff, treatment providers, and community partners to coordinate services and support participant success.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the case management system, ensuring documentation, reports, and files meet program and compliance standards.
  • Some overnight travel is required.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in the education field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with high-risk or high-needs population, including individuals with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, or multiple barriers to success.

Substitute Education for Experience: NONE
Substitute Experience for Education: Additional relevant work experience will substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
