Program Planner, Senior - FL

About the role

The Program Planner, Senior plays a critical role in the development and execution of programs within Lockheed Martin. They are responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or project planning
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
