Program Performance Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and execute program performance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor cost, schedule, and quality in defense manufacturing programs.
• Analyze variances, support Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk reviews, and lead data-driven corrective actions.
• Prepare executive-ready insights to inform decision-making and improve program performance.
• Refine tools and processes to enhance performance tracking and reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts to develop team capabilities.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance management and data analysis.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Knowledge of EVM, risk management, and defense manufacturing standards.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead corrective actions and influence decision-making in complex projects.
