Program Performance Management Analyst

Role: Lead Program Performance Management Analyst Responsibilities Design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to track cost, schedule, and quality metrics.Analyze data trends to identify risks and provide actionable insights.Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to support program execution.Lead performance reviews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Standardize program performance practices utilizing EVM, scheduling, and continuous improvement methods.Mentor analysts and brief leadership on program performance. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of program performance management and metrics.Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling, and process improvement.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and finance teams.Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance tracking techniques.
