Program Operations Specialist

Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance required. US citizenship is mandatory.

About the role

As a Program Operations Specialist, you will oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers. You’ll play a crucial role in the execution of the program management office (PMO) for a critical development contract for the United States Government. This position involves resourcing the contract with the necessary people, hardware, and software to complete the mission, collaborating with the Program Manager, senior leadership, subcontractors, and customers, and ensuring compliance with lab, security, and inventory policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement, inventory, and disposition lifecycle, demonstrating proficiency with customer processes and systems.
• Manage project execution with a focus on finance oversight, planning, and Agile schedule planning using Atlassian Suite tools.
• Collaborate with Program Manager, senior leadership, subcontractors, and customers to ensure program success.
• Ensure compliance with lab, security, and inventory policies and procedures.
• Resource the contract with the required personnel, hardware, and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (4 additional years of experience can substitute for the degree).
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience (2+ years with a BA/BS).
• Familiarity with enterprise tools and policies such as MPO, DoW, ARCHIBUS, MDATs, and LCAT qualifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• US citizenship.
• Demonstrated expertise in three or more of the following:
  • End-to-end procurement, inventory, and disposition lifecycle.
  • Project Management.
  • Finance Oversight and Planning.
  • Agile Schedule Planning and familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools.
  • Contract Deliverables.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $157,250 - $212,750. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
