About the role
As a Program Operations Specialist, you will oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers. You will play a crucial role in the execution of the program management office (PMO) for a critical development contract for the United States Government.
Responsibilities
- Resource the contract with the people, hardware, and software required to complete the mission
- Collaborate with Program Manager, senior leadership, subcontractors, and customers
- Ensure compliance with lab, security, and inventory compliance and policy
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance (required)
- US citizenship (required)
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of related experience
- Familiarity with MPO, DoW, and enterprise tools and policies (e.g., ARCHIBUS, MDATs, LCAT qualifications)
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Working towards PMP (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in three or more of the following:
- End-to-end procurement, inventory, and disposition lifecycle, including proficiency with customer processes and systems
- Project Management
- Finance Oversight and Planning
- Agile Schedule Planning and familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools
- Contract Deliverables

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $157,250 - $212,750. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
