PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANAGER - ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH On-Site | Kendall (Miami), FL | Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Full-Time About The Role Lead daily operations for an adolescent mental health PHP/IOP program. You'll manage the team, schedules, and systems that keep each day running smoothly and create a safe, structured environment where teens and families thrive. Backgrounds that translate well: Education School Administration Youth Programs Behavioral Health Program Management Operations What You'll Do Lead daily PHP/IOP program operations in a safe, structured environmentSupervise and coach Wellness Coordinators with clear expectations and accountabilityManage staff scheduling, coverage, attendance, census, and intake coordinationGuide the team in responding to adolescents' behavioral and emotional needsPartner with therapists, clinical leadership, and families on a consistent client experienceMonitor documentation, incident reporting, safety protocols, and regulatory complianceDe-escalate challenges calmly and keep the program on track through changeCoordinate facility, supply, and administrative needs What We're Looking For 2+ years in education, youth services, behavioral health, program management, or operations leadershipSupervisory or team leadership experienceStrong organization and ability to juggle shifting prioritiesConfidence giving feedback and holding staff accountableCalm, solutions-focused approach to crisis situationsStrong attention to documentation, policy, and safetyAbility to connect with adolescents while maintaining structure and boundariesEligible for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug testingBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered About AWA Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) provides adolescent mental health PHP and IOP services across South Florida, helping teens and families grow through structured, compassionate care.
