Program Operations Data Analytics Manager
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
All sections likely have content: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we need to avoid duplication: e.g., security clearance appears both in Requirements and Qualifications We Prefer (but it's a requirement). We'll include it in Requirements.
We need to ensure we don't create thin sections with filler. Each should have substantive content.
Let's extract content precisely.
**About the role** (prose): Could combine the company overview and role description.

The Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization within the Naval Air Missiles (NAM) Sub-Strategic Business Unit with the Tomahawk Portfolio of Programs is seeking a person working within Program Operations Manager and Material Program Manager group focused on metrics, data tracking, presentations, key supplier efforts and CAM Support to the Tomahawk Program as rates increase and efficiencies need to be found for improvements in the factories and suppliers. This includes supporting all the Strategic Make Centers (SMCs) manufacturing sites."
That's substantive.
We could also include the role type definition (Remote across Continental US: Quarterly travel to Tucson will be required...). But that might go to Schedule.
**Responsibilities**: list from "What You Will Do". We'll put each bullet as
- .
**Requirements**: Must have qualifications plus security clearance and citizenship.
From "Qualifications You Must Have":
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
- Experience in working in a manufacturing factory environment
Also from earlier: "Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance" and "Security Clearance Type: DoD Clearance: Secret" and "Security Clearance Status: Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date."
Also later in Qualifications We Prefer: "Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance level or program access prior to start date." That's redundant but we can include.
Thus Requirements list:
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date; ability to obtain interim clearance required.
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365.
- Experience working in a manufacturing factory environment.
**Qualifications**: Could be the "Qualifications We Prefer" list (excluding the security clearance duplicate). Let's list:
- Prior experience working in Manufacturing Factories.
- Experience with data analytics and dashboard development to support metrics.
- Presenting to Program Leaders and Customers effectively communicating strategies and influential communications.
- Earned Value Management System Certified.
- Experience managing employees and teams and working within a matrix organization and leading across multi-site operations, strong organizational and analytical capabilities with the ability to manage complex tasks effectively.
We could also include "Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365" but that's already in Requirements.
**Skills**: Could be a separate section for specific skills like data analytics, dashboard development, presentation, EVMS, etc. But we might combine with Qualifications. However the instruction says use sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content for Skills
