THE WORK
As a Subcontract Program Manager (SPM), you'll lead the proposal efforts overseeing various contract types within the ELTS domain. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Subcontract Management Teams for proposal efforts
- Oversee subcontracts and critical subcontracted systems across various contract types
- Develop Strategic Plans: Formulate sourcing and subcontract program management strategies aligned with program capture needs and execution objectives
- Subcontractor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and the program management office, fostering clear communication and efficient issue resolution
- Subcontract Management: Supervise all stages of the subcontract process, from making business cases for make/buy decisions to negotiating agreements and overseeing program execution
- Performance Decision Making: Make critical decisions impacting subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with program objectives and goals
- Schedule and Specification Compliance: Establish milestone objectives and ensure adherence to committed schedules and contractual specifications
