PROGRAM MGR - INPATIENT SERVICES

About the Role

The Clinical Program Manager provides coordination and care of patients in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health. This role is central to program development, business strategy, and personnel management activities within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, psychosocial assessments, and discharge planning/case management services.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning and utilization review.
• Perform crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other hospital departments.
• Demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to units serving varied populations, including adults and dually diagnosed patients in inpatient and partial hospital settings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling, or a related social services field (required).
• Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
• Licensure in Tennessee (LCSW, LPC, LP) preferred.
• Knowledge of management, supervision, patient case management, discharge planning, group leadership, age-specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, and family therapy theory and practice.
