About the role

The Program Manager – Young Adult Independent Living Program oversees a comprehensive program designed to support young adults in achieving independence and self-sufficiency. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination with various community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies to enhance participant outcomes
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation
• Collaborate with community partners to secure funding and resources
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness
• Train and mentor staff and volunteers
• Prepare and present program reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (social work, public administration, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program management or youth services
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
