Program Manager with .Net/AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise technology programs.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Leverage prior .NET application development experience to effectively communicate with engineering teams and drive technical decisions.
• Work closely with cloud engineering teams supporting applications hosted on AWS.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, program governance meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Drive continuous process improvements and promote best practices in program management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management.
• Strong background in .NET technologies (development or technical leadership experience is required).
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based application environments.
• Proven experience managing enterprise software development projects.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
• Experience managing cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments is a plus.
