Program Managers are passionate about youth empowerment, workforce development, and community impact. They ensure students have a smooth, supportive journey from the moment they learn about Outcome School to the moment they complete the program. This role blends coordination, outreach, communication, and student support — perfect for someone who loves helping young people succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- - Serve as the primary point of contact for students from enrollment to completion. - Track attendance, engagement, and progress across cohorts. - Ensure students understand expectations, deadlines, and program milestones. - Provide encouragement, accountability, and check-ins to help students stay on track. - Flag challenges early and coordinate solutions with instructors, mentors, and staff.
- Outreach & Recruitment Support - Help connect with youth, families, schools, and community partners. - Encourage young people to join our free tech programs through outreach messages, calls, or community engagement. - Support weekend youth info sessions (virtual or in-person when available). - Share program updates and opportunities with community organizations.
- Community Engagement & Relationship Building - Build trust with students and families through consistent, positive communication. - Strengthen partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and youth-serving organizations. - Represent Outcome School with professionalism, warmth, and mission alignment.
- Program Operations & Quality Assurance - Support instructors and mentors by coordinating schedules and communications. - Help maintain organized records, student data, and program documentation. - Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and program workflow. - Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, transparency, and youth-centered design.

Requirements
Minimum commitment of 3 months, 3-5 hours per week (Hybrid).
