Program Manager (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

Program Leadership & Execution

The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the technical execution of medium-to-large Engineering efforts. The primary focus of this position is to manage and monitor the development, O&M of robust hybrid comms infrastructure which will include facility management, logistical, budget and schedule oversight. They will manage available resources to maintain business operations and peak performance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the direct interface with the customer, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Effectively communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, employees, and teammates.
• Recommend innovative solutions and management strategies, particularly in customer-focused IT projects

Change Management

• Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing stakeholder concerns to minimize disruption.
• Manage critical programmatic linkages, including personnel assignments, financial constraints, and stakeholder equities.

Team Leadership & Development

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to complex issues.
