Program Manager - TS/SCI w/Poly
About the role
Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Program Manager (PM) at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and schedule all work performed under this contract
- Ensure technical quality of the services and support performed and the products procured under the contract meet/exceed customer requirements
- Serve as primary contact to the customer for project technical, cost, and schedule performance
- Manage priorities within approved schedule, cost, and performance constraints, including the appropriate allocation and mix of resources and skills to meet requirements
- Recruit, hire and retain personnel with skills that meet current requirements as well as new emerging technology to drive innovation and efficient solutions
- Ensure that all personnel work with the customer and other contractor personnel in a team environment
- Identify resource efficiencies and look for ways to streamline program cost and schedule to deliver multitude of system enhancements in a timely fashion
- Maintain effective communications with customer personnel on all contract and technical issues
- Deliver accurate and timely status of projects are communicated to the customer

- Strong ability to work with leadership team to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff
- High level of proficiency in project management, including managing to budgets, schedules, and technical execution

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, candidate may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines.
- Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines, of which at least five (5) years are as a program manager in IT disciplines
- Demonstrated experience leading contractor teams in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC), including sub-contractors
- TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $187,000 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Travel Required: Less than 10%
