Responsibilities
- High-level program planning
- Budgeting and scheduling
- Risk management and lifecycle costing
- Campaign manpower assessments
- Regular status briefings to Government leadership
- Primary point of contact for government personnel
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Ensuring compliance
- Directing contractor and subcontractor teams
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 15 years of experience in management and supervision of military hardware/software development or related systems analysis
- Six years of related experience or relevant military service may substitute for the master’s degree
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
