About the role
This position is Hybrid with offices in Pittsburgh and New Stanton, PA. Expected 2-3 days in office per week.
Responsibilities
- Design and run Fleet Operations approach to training content for all initiatives and supporting departments.
- Introduce relevant, innovative learning opportunities that have demonstrable impact across multiple teams and departments.
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and facilitate in person and virtual training classes for Fleet Operations Managers.
- Apply the appropriate level of project/program management structure and communication to those initiatives.
- Define projects, collect requirements, develop detailed implementation plans, and monitor program status to completion.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of the projects across the entire lifecycle by regularly interfacing with highly-technical team leads, program managers, and other key contributors across the organization.
- Identify roadblocks and organize key stakeholders to drive to resolution.
- Present status reports on regular cadence to members of the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree in any field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field or 3+ years experience of project management in a leadership development or curriculum / academic atmosphere.
- Proven content creation skills with the ability to take highly technical instructions and simplify for Operational use and Executive-level understanding.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to create content pertinent to leadership development.
- Proactive problem solver who can assess information, connect the right teams together, and formulate solutions in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting objectives while working under deadlines and still delivering excellent results.
- Hands-on experience and strong background leading multiple projects that support cross functional teams.
