Program Manager - Telehealth

About the role

The Telehealth Program Manager is responsible for proactively leading the growth and ensuring quality of telehealth services at Piedmont Healthcare. Manages and monitors all clinical, technical, business, and regulatory activities around the Telehealth Program. Leads implementation of telehealth services in new clinical areas. Serves as a liaison between service lines, medical services, IS, and operational personnel at the hospitals, clinics, and telehealth sites.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing department budget
• Developing project plans, identifying key deliverables and resource requirements
• Developing project implementation plans
• Identifying, tracking, and monitoring performance metrics
• Actively coordinating efforts with teams from other departments both within Piedmont Healthcare as well as with referring physicians and community partners

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare, engineering, business or information systems (Required)
• Master's degree in a healthcare, engineering, business or information systems (Preferred)

Work Experience

• 5 years of operations leadership and/or support or relevant support services in a healthcare setting (Required)
