Program Manager Systems Integration Modernization and Enterprise Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and vendor/system integrator deliverables.
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and governance across the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC/Agile methodologies, security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
  • Monitor vendor performance, manage escalations, and support organizational change management.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Build and lead high-performing, collaborative project teams.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of project management experience.
  • 8+ years managing complex IT development projects.
  • 5+ years of experience applying PMI PMBOK methodologies.
  • Experience leading organizational change management initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare or public sector technology project management experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and vendor management.
  • Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies, system integration, data migration, QA/QC, and UAT.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing large-scale IT modernization or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, data center modernization, enterprise integration, or network transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading enterprise IT consolidation, shared services, or legacy system modernization projects.
