Responsibilities
- Lead small-to-medium systems deployment and integration initiatives from planning through implementation and operationalization
- Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring the work progresses, timelines, and dependencies remain on track
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document operational processes
- Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and workflow discussions to support solution design and implementation
- Coverage UAT activities, including test planning, issue tracking, validation, and resolution follow-up
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, implementation trackers, documentation, and supporting materials
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts and proactively raise issues when appropriate
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and multi-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Coordinate with Project Management teams to support governance, achievement tracking, status reporting, and decision management
- Collaborate with Business Optimization & Enablement teams to align systems with business processes, workflows, and operational requirements
- Support communication, training, adoption, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes
- Create and maintain business process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and operational guides
- Prepare presentations, status updates, meeting recaps, and executive-ready materials as needed
- Support continuous improvement efforts by finding opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and implementation approaches
- Mentor and provide guidance to Senior Analysts while supporting overall delivery quality and consistency
Requirements
- Experience supporting systems deployments, operational implementations, business systems initiatives, or technology-enabled business projects
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deliverables
- Understanding of deployment planning, testing/UAT, communications, readiness, cutover, hypercare, risks, and partner management
- Strong partner management and communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships across teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in evolving environments
- Organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including presentation development, executive communication, and formatting guidelines
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize information effectively
- Experience working with enterprise systems, workflow tools, operational platforms, or business technologies
- Experience in marketing, media, agency, consulting, professional services, or similarly complex organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
