About the role

The Sr.Program Manager – Strategy within Sandisk’s Global Operations, Supply Chain Planning organization will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that inform executive decision-making and enable operational excellence. This role combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact outcomes across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support high-priority strategic projects across business units and functions, managing key stakeholders and delivering actionable insights.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior executives and functional leaders in shaping the company’s long- and short-term strategic priorities.
  • Independently own and execute multiple complex workstreams, from problem definition through solution development and implementation.
  • Partner with business unit and functional leaders to address critical supply and demand challenges, presenting recommendations and proposals to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from with 3–5years of experience in management consulting at a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, degree in engineering or operations preferred.
  • MBA from strongly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to drive change at scale with a strong bias for action.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong data-driven problem-solving capabilities, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling executive-level presentations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and global environments.
