About the Opportunity
The Program Manager, Strategy & Operations will lead cross-functional programs from concept to launch, collaborating with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure smooth project progression. This role is critical for managing multiple priorities, mitigating risks, aligning stakeholders, and improving operational processes including leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management across one or more product verticals ensuring successful delivery from development through launch.
- Drive integrated project plans across Content, Marketing, Product, Production, and Learning teams to keep workstreams aligned and on schedule.
- Manage complex timelines spanning development, production, post-production, and go-to-market execution.
- Identify risks, facilitate decisions, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
- Collaborate with Legal on talent agreements, licensing, intellectual property, NDAs, and release workflows.
- Evaluate and improve processes, communication, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and accelerate decision-making.
- Document and implement scalable processes to establish repeatable best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, production operations, content operations, or marketing operations.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to build alignment across various departments and influence without direct authority.
- Strong operational mindset with a record of implementing scalable process improvements.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and managing multiple projects.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for synthesizing complex information and engaging stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana or Airtable.
- PREFERRED: Familiarity with content production, digital marketing, or go-to-market workflows in media, education, or technology.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
