About the role

Valcor Engineering Corporation, a leading Aerospace Fluid Control Components Company, seeks an experienced Sr. Program Manager who will be responsible for managing both legacy and new programs, from Product Development (sales inception), through Engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, test and delivery to customers. Our products are custom designed fluid control components and systems; a thorough understanding of engineering concepts is critical to this role.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial Controls – assuring programs are performed within specific program award budgets.
• Leading a team of Program Managers.
• Schedule Controls – assuring on‑time contract performance with appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements.
• Contractual Submittals – assuring timely production of documents, reports, and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements.
• Customer Relations – developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers; serving as the face of Valcor to the customer.
