About the role

As a Program Manager in the Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line, you will be working with a cross-functional team driving execution in a critical product area essential for future growth. You will collaborate across functions, drive accountability, and demonstrate strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects within the SFFS product line
• Manage risks and opportunities through the risk and opportunity management process
• Utilize IRIS risk management tools to support project planning and execution
• Operate effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in program management
• Familiarity with risk and opportunity management processes
• Knowledge of BAE Systems Program Management policies and procedures
• Top Secret clearance preferred

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
