About the role

A SharkNinja Program Manager is a global leader for every program they manage, owning the overall success with a focus on Scope, Cost, and Schedule. This role operates with urgency to mitigate risks and ensure deliverables are completed on time, acting as the glue that holds cross-functional teams together. Program Managers lead through SharkNinja’s unique product development process and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have demonstrated mastery in a primary function (e.g., engineering, product, operations) and expanded into cross-functional leadership with a business and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own, drive, and facilitate interaction among cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, quality, supply chain, factory operations, consumer insights, and marketing) to ensure successful releases, managing risks, schedule, quality, and cost according to the roadmap.
• Deliver all program elements, including product performance KPIs, cost, and timeline, from ideation to mass production and commercialization.
• Act as General Manager for New Product Development for assigned product lines.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation/contingency plans, and pivot as needed to keep programs on track.
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take steps to address them.
• Utilize metrics, KPIs, and data to drive decision-making across teams.
• Channel global information to local teams and act as a conduit to support the business.

Requirements

• Fast learner who can synthesize ideas, information, and options into strategies, plans, or responses and communicate them effectively.
• Executive presentation skills, collaborative approach, and ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership and misalignment resolution.
• Strong bias toward action and accountability.
• Proven track record of managing high-visibility, technical, cross-functional projects (Consumer Goods Industry preferred).
• Advanced experience with MS Project (or similar), Excel, Jira, and Visio.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• Six Sigma certification a plus.

Pay

Annual salary range: $75,000—$125,000 USD.
