This role leads high-impact programs ensuring successful delivery through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. They may oversee project managers and coordinate across workstreams to ensure program cohesion. Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering, procurement, and operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs from initiation through delivery.
• Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers.
• Develop program plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.

Qualifications

• PMP or other applicable framework
• Experience in manufacturing or technical environments
