About the role

The Lead SAP/ BI/ Data Program Manager will ensure scope, deliverables and execution plans are established, communicated and monitored across multiple data, analytics and reporting workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Connects strategy to execution across functions, and third parties.
• Anticipates dependencies and readiness issues before they become delivery problems.
• Prioritizes adaptations, readiness, and outcomes over task completion.
• Drives alignment and progress through collaboration, clarity, and credibility.
• Takes ownership of accuracy, consistency, and discipline in reporting, tracking, and governance artifacts to ensure leaders are working from a single, trusted source of truth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years project/program management experience
• Cross data workstream program management / leadership experience as outlined in the JD.
• 5 years of experience supporting Data Centric ERP projects transformations with focus on Data management, Master Data Management and Governance, Data Migration, SAP, Data Design, data Reporting and Analytics
• Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Data processes
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks
• Direct experience supporting Data management in an SAP environment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks
