The Program Manager provides end-to-end management of cross-functional programs and projects, from planning and scoping through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates work across internal and external partners, manages timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensures programs align with organizational and partner goals. The Program Manager establishes effective operating frameworks, prepares leadership communications and reports using high-quality data, and uses data to guide timely execution across initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal partners across pillars, regions, and programs to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success measures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and external partners, serving as a primary point of contact for program operations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation to track progress, risks, and dependencies as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow-up to ensure accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful program delivery; escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and partners.
  • Support contracting, vendor coordination, and resource management as needed.
  • Use data and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support trainings, events, or convenings as required by program needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Degree: Master's Degree
  • Certificate(s) or License(s): PMP Certification preferred
  • Years of experience: 3 to 5 years

Skills

  • Strong program and project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and apply insights to decision-making.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required (generally no more than 10–20%).

Physical Requirements

Primarily sedentary work involving extended computer use; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; ability to travel as necessary.

Pay

The starting rate is $80,000 to $83,000. The final candidate's relevant experience and skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
