Program Manager - Rogers

About the role

Arisa Health is seeking a Program Manager in Rogers, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will manage various aspects of a behavioral health program, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the behavioral health program
• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Experience

• Leadership experience within a behavioral health setting
