- Contribute input on program-level process improvements and best practices based on cross-project trends
- Stakeholder, Vendor & Site Coordination
- Coordinate across internal functions, vendors, architects, and consultants, serving as central point of contact between PMs, procurement, and Capital Planning
- Coordinate with third-party PMs on fit-outs within active operational facilities (airports, occupied buildings, 24/7 spaces), including permitting, security, and building operations requirements
- Financial, Procurement & Quality Support
- Request/track ROM’s from Capital Planning; coordinate RFQ/RFP processes with sourcing and procurement; vet proposals against program pricing guardrails
- Support funding requests and monitor program-level budget/schedule performance
- Support program-wide quality standards and consistency across projects by coordinating with PMs/consultants on finish specifications and installation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in owner's representative, program/project management, or in-house corporate real estate roles, ideally supporting premium interior construction

Working knowledge of architectural/interior/MEP drawings; understanding of PM methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling.
- Communication & Organizational Skills: Clear written/verbal communication; able to produce concise, executive-ready materials. Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. Collaborative style; comfortable driving PM accountability without direct management authority.
