Program Manager (Residential Group Home)
Position Details
Salary: Starts at $59,000- $67,260 / annually (rate is based on education and relevant experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm; on call 24/7

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business or related field preferred
- 3 years’ residential experience in a direct care or higher-level role required
- 1 year lead or supervisory experience required
- Experience in a group home setting that provides autism, IDD and/or intensive Dually Diagnosed services preferred
Other Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to commit to a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday each day (located near the International airport in Orlando)
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test
- Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida
