Program Manager - Residential DDABI

About the role

We are looking for a proactive employee to oversee assigned personnel, properties, implementation of Individual Service Plans and management of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the provision of services for participants, including developing and implementing different systems to implement and monitor current Habilitation plans
• Managing program expenses in keeping with budget guidelines
• Supervision of all assigned staff working in the residence
• Maintaining appropriate records and preparing necessary reports

Requirements

• Associate degree in a human services field, plus one years’ experience working with people with disabilities, required, or, a high school diploma/GED plus two years’ experience working with people with disabilities, required.
• Supervisory experience, preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including word processing and e-mail skills are required.
• Knowledge of OPWDD services preferred.

Pay

• $27.70 - $31.30 hourly
• Up to $2,000 in bonuses available each calendar year*
