Requirements

• HS diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Three to four years of experience in a relevant human services field
• Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity
• Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership/managerial skills
• Supervisory experience required
• Understanding and empathy for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Previous knowledge/experience with Person-Centered Planning, writing/providing service plans, OPWDD regulations, Medicaid regulations, and budgets preferred
• NYS Driver’s License in accordance with regulations and Agency policies, practices, and procedures
• Must be able to be reached by phone

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week plus on-call duties
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
